Return / Exchange Policy

We value each and every client, who have given us the opportunity to be part of their life. 

Should you find your product developing a problem within 30 days of purchase – we request you to the following – 

  1. Email us with details you are facing. 
  2. Share the product images – marking areas of concern.

The above 2 steps are initial point of connect for taking up the process.

Every product of – JUST FOR ADAM – is crafted under stringent and defined SOP (standard operation procedure) in order to give highest quality finished product – every time. We are confident regarding each and every component of our product – Leather, Fittings, Zippers and Linings. Our leathers are sourced and selected from reputed and certified tanneries of India as well as from around the world.

Still, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Just For Adam, you can return the product to us. Your returned product can be Exchanged for a replacement or a Credit Note. 

In case of replacement of same product is not available we will arrange for Refund of the product purchase amount. 

There can be instance, where in the replacement product is not available, but you are still inclined to buy, may be another product from Just For Adam. To ease out the complete buying process, we have the facility of issuing you a CREDIT NOTE, which is valid for 90 days. Still if you wish not to buy, the required amount will be Refunded back into your respective – bank account or credit card account. 

Eligibility for a return.

  1. Your item must be Un-Used.
  2. The items must be in the same condition that you received in.
  3. We require original packaging. 
  4. Original invoice is required as proof of purchase. 

Where to return.

The required product should be returned to our warehouse – 318/1, 1st Floor, Shivalya Road, Chattarpur, New Delhi – 110074, India.

Client will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for retuning the product.  Shipping cost in case of return of goods is non-refundable. 

Returned item confirmation.

Once your returned item is received in our warehouse.  We will be notifying you with email for the same. 

The returned item will be inspected and verified by the concerned team, based upon the initial mail and supported images shared by client. 

In case your returned item is approved. It will be either replaced / exchanged or Credit Note will be issued in lieu. 

In case your returned item is over Rs.1000, we suggest you should consider using a track able shipping services or you should purchase shipping insurance. As we shall not be responsible for any lost, misplaced and damaged returned package.


Refund of amount usually takes time to get reflected in respective bank account / credit card account. In case it is not reflecting in your account. We request you to kindly follow the procedure below – 

  1. Kindly connect with your bank customer care department for updates on refund amount.
  2. Kindly connect with your credit card customer care department for updates on refund amount.
  3. Kindly wait for time frame as communicated by your bank / credit card customer care department.
